Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. Touch of Onyx is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, theft after confirmed delivery, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because many Touch of Onyx products may be made to order or customized, returns and exchanges may be limited.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product listing, personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Touch of Onyx as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.
Approved returns must be sent according to instructions provided by Touch of Onyx.
Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, descriptions, and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
Minor variations may occur in handmade, printed, or customized products.

Customers requesting customized products are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and other information provided to Touch of Onyx before production.
Once a customized order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
