Made to order

Each Touch of Onyx item is printed after you place your order. Production usually takes 2-7 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

We currently ship within the United States. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5-12 business days total, including production and delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking

We'll email tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow a short time for the carrier's tracking page to update.

Late, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your tracking has not updated for several days, your package is late, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos so we can arrange a free replacement or refund.
