Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed according to the processing time stated on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. Touch of Onyx is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, theft after confirmed delivery, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
