Returns and refunds

Because many Touch of Onyx products may be made to order or customized, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product listing, personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Touch of Onyx as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.

Approved returns must be sent according to instructions provided by Touch of Onyx.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.
