30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

Changed your mind

Wrong size, wrong color, or just not feeling it? You're covered within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by you - email us and we'll give you the return address. Your refund goes back to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right - a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to ship the faulty item back.

Why return shipping isn't free

Every shirt is printed to order just for you, which means it can't be resold. That's the honest reason change-of-mind return shipping is on the buyer - but we'll always fix our own mistakes for free.

How to start a return

Email touchofonyx318@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if the item is damaged or wrong). We'll reply with next steps.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order - that's the fastest way to get the right size to you.
